Welcome to RAR Burgers. By using our app or website (rarburgers.com) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the service

You may use RAR Burgers to browse our menu, place food orders for delivery or pickup, and take part in our rewards program. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

Orders & payment

Prices and availability may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and to delivery-area availability. Payment is taken by cash on delivery or by card through our payment provider. Taxes and delivery fees may apply and are shown at checkout.

Rewards & streaks

Points and streaks have no cash value, are personal to your account, and may be adjusted or expired per the program rules. We may change or end the program at any time.

User content & community conduct

Our rewards feature lets you upload photos that may appear on a public "Shots Wall." You are responsible for the content you upload, and by uploading you grant us a licence to display it within the service. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

• Report: any photo on the wall can be reported from inside the app (tap the photo → Report). Reported content is hidden immediately and reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours.
• Removal & bans: we may remove any content and suspend or ban any user who violates these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.

Account

You are responsible for your account and the number used to sign in. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete account); see our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, RAR Burgers is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version is always posted here.
